We offer bespoke managed service solutions that give clients the option of having our expert team on-site at their own facility or outsourcing those services to us here at CLS.
Job Title: We are currently recruiting for Quality Analyst roles. You will receive extensive training at our head office in Galway before being placed at one of our client locations. You will report to the Director of Outsourcing.
Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities may vary between clients but generally, the role will involve monitoring and evaluating operational processes and outputs to ensure they meet established quality standards, and analyzing data, conducting audits, and working closely with various teams to drive improvements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement in product and process quality.
Perform regular quality assurance audits to ensure adherence to established standards and regulatory compliance.
Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Analyse test results and produce comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommending actionable improvements.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for quality testing and assurance activities.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to products and processes.
