We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as QA LEAD

What you’ll do:

• Creating E2E test strategy, Defect Triaging, Test Data management, Status Reporting and Risk Management.
• Ability to lead QA team and build QA metrics and reporting for leadership team.
• Ability to handle testing techniques and manage the testing of entire project.
• Good Domain knowledge in Healthcare industry and Healthcare terminology.
• Contribute and coordinate effectively in Agile ceremonies and team meetings.
• Mentor and coach the teams on Agile methodology and Scrum values and process.

+5YRS EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Hands on in Functional + Automation testing (nice to have not a must automation)
• At least 3yrs of experience in handling Agile and waterfall projects.
• Expertise in coordinating with multiple vendor companies and client SME’s.
• Experience in handling applications and projects involving multiple technologies.
• Experience on any Agile related tools like Jira, RTC, QuickBase etc.
