QA LEAD

As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for a QA Lead to join the team and help us in crafting the high caliber games our fans have come to expect
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in QA operations in a leadership position
- Positive and team-oriented attitude
- Understanding of game production pipeline and tools
- Good judgment to estimate the significance and consequences of the bugs
- Rigorous and methodical, autonomous and resourceful approach
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Expertise in cross-cultural business and remote team interaction and leadership
- Excellent ability to delegate tasks across a team
- Exceptional critical analysis skills
- Passion for video games
NICE TO HAVE
- Basic knowledge of Jenkins and Perforce
- Experience in programming and/or scripting
- Experience in QA in software and tools
- Familiar with JIRA, Confluence, and Google Sheets
- Familiar with the RPG genre and you have played many RPGs extensively and critically

Responsibilities:
- Perform consistent daily observation, research, review, and reporting of operations process adherence for all current assigned projects
- Assign tasks within the local QA team, and nurture a healthy working environment in alignment with company values
- Participate in the performance review process, help gather feedback, and share it with other QA teams internationally
- Maintain, advance, and promote knowledge in the field of quality assurance
- Gather feedback and data to create and facilitate both project postmortems and ongoing improvements
- Proactively identify possible issues, propose solutions, and plan goals for the QA department
- Overview, creation, maintenance, and prioritization of Test Plans for multiple, concurrent projects
