Job Description:
Phreesia is looking for a QA Team Lead to join our growing Salesforce team! This is a hands-on position which will require gaining deep knowledge of Phreesia’s Salesforce instance which supports Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success, Billing, and many more teams. Working collaboratively with Business Systems, you will be responsible for test plans creation and test strategies to ensure the high quality of Phreesia’s products in an Agile development environment. What You’ll Do:

  • Build out both manual and automated testing scripts for Salesforce CRM
  • Analyzes, designs new or modified Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and standards and assists in the development and implementation of QA metrics for assessing the quality of Salesforce implementations.
  • Set up and maintain Test Management best practices for Salesforce projects using Provar Test Manager
  • Leads a team of QA testers to ensure that adequate coverage exists for new product features.
  • Works with Salesforce Product Owners and Salesforce Dev Team to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology.
  • Drafts, revises and approves test plans and scripts to ensure alignment with standards and SOX complaince.
  • Defines best practices for functional testing, smoke testing, and automated regression testing.
  • Ensures all tests are successfully completed with adequate test coverage.
  • Tracks and monitors defects in the lower environments.
  • Facilitates root cause analysis of production defects.
  • Focuses on providing Quality Engineering thought leadership and technical expertise across Salesforce portfolio.
  • Contributes in planning of the overall organizational QA strategy.
  • Document and track test artifacts in applications like JiraPerform various testing types including Functional, Integration/Data Migration, End to End, Smoke/Regression.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years QA Lead experience
  • 5+ years Salesforce Testing Experience
  • 3+ years Test Automation Experience
  • Provar Automation and/or Provar Test Manager Experience is a plus
  • Experience leading a team of QA engineers focused on Salesforce
  • Expert in user-oriented testing and other testing types: Functionality, usability, scenario testing, performance.
  • Strong hands-on experience in writing detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts, creating test data, test execution, and creating defects.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, verification, and validation processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to analyze complex technical problems.
  • Ability to multi-task, shift gears quickly, work independently and collaboratively, adapt easily to shifting priorities, process changes, and schedule changes.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high quality results.
  • Experience testing integrations with 3rd-party systems is a plus

Base pay for US is $120,000 - $140,000 USD depending on qualifications.
