Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Manager to oversee the quality assurance processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and experience in managing QA teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA policies and procedures
- Coordinate with development teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Lead and mentor QA team members
- Create and execute test plans and test cases
- Perform manual and automated testing as needed
- Track and report on QA metrics and progress
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Proven experience in leading QA teams
- In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
