REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in quality assurance/quality control roles.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, techniques, and tools.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and guidelines for project execution.
• Conduct inspections and audits of project sites, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Perform quality control checks on incoming materials, equipment, and components to verify conformance to requirements.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify quality requirements and ensure they are incorporated into project execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct tests and measurements using specialized equipment and instruments to assess the performance and integrity of materials and structures.
• Prepare quality documentation, reports, and records to document inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions taken.
• Participate in project meetings, reviews, and discussions to provide input on quality-related matters and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay informed about industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance and quality control.
