QUALIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS

• Hold AWS-ACWI or an equivalent qualification.
• Certified in Radiography interpretation to expertly assess results.
• Certified at ANST Level 2 or equivalent in all key NDE techniques for thorough inspections.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for organized documentation and analysis.
• Have at least 3 years’ experience in welding inspections.
• Capable of interpreting drawings and piping isometrics with precision.
• Fluent in English and skilled in communicating effectively with diverse workforces.

• Compile test packages according to procedures and ensure timely documentation with necessary signatures.
• Inspect pipe fit-ups, alignment, and conduct visual inspections.
• Monitor the usage of welding consumables as per Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).
• Verify the validity of welders’ qualifications.
• Supervise the execution of Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT).
• Request necessary Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) and oversee the execution.
• Witness pressure testing procedures.
• Any other ad-hoc activities
