QA / QC Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for maintaining, updating and supporting document files within the Company’s QMS system.
• Support QA/QC department in preparing document, forms, chart and SOPs.
• Ensure proper control for all controlled documents. All documents are written and formatted according to the Quality System Documentation Control.
• Maintain record archives, reviewing them for accuracy and relevance.
• Responsible for issuing and compiling Batch Processing Records.
• Other projects, administrative support and ad hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma in Food Science or related discipline

• Preferably 1 - 2 years of related working experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare / food production is preferred

• No experience in welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

• A team player and good personality.
• Proficient in Mandarin is preferred, as to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
