Description:

We will put a lot of emphasize on finding a person with right motivation who is eager to learn and for this reason newly graduated are mostly welcome to apply.
The position will be based in Malmö but expected to travel to Knislinge 2 days per week the first year.

Responsibilities will include below:

  • Food Safety and Quality Assurance support to the Production sites
  • Authorities contact (Registration, reporting and audit)
  • Shared ownership of Certifications (Including FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, Halal, Kosher, Organic)
  • Compliance of European and National food legislation · HACCP (Preliminary steps to enable hazard analysis, Hazard analysis, HACCP-plan)
  • Updates and approval of Technical Data Sheet for Caldic products
  • Shelf life extension evaluation
  • Food Safety Team Members
  • Involvement in handling of Non-Conformities (including customer complaints)
  • QHSE related educations and internal training
  • Verifications (Environmental monitoring, Allergen management plan, analytical plan and other) and validation connected to the Quality Management System
  • Continuous improvement and Plan-Check-Do-Act cycle
