Description:

EDUCATION

  • Qualification such as Diploma or BSc in a relevant field.

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of working in a cGMP-environment in the pharmaceutical or related field is preferred.
  • Experience of working on an API manufacturing site would be advantageous.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Excellent communication skills are required to interact across teams on site and with all levels of the organization and with clients.
  • Be flexible and adjust to business needs in a fast CDMO environment.
  • Good organizational, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Positive, can-do approach and enthusiasm.
  • A demonstrated commitment to Quality, EHS and Continuous Improvement.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT

The role is office-based but involves shop floor presence in manufacturing areas as appropriate (e.g. plant GMP walk-downs). There is opportunity for some hybrid working. Shift work may be required.
