Description:
EDUCATION
- Qualification such as Diploma or BSc in a relevant field.
EXPERIENCE
- Experience of working in a cGMP-environment in the pharmaceutical or related field is preferred.
- Experience of working on an API manufacturing site would be advantageous.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Excellent communication skills are required to interact across teams on site and with all levels of the organization and with clients.
- Be flexible and adjust to business needs in a fast CDMO environment.
- Good organizational, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Positive, can-do approach and enthusiasm.
- A demonstrated commitment to Quality, EHS and Continuous Improvement.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
The role is office-based but involves shop floor presence in manufacturing areas as appropriate (e.g. plant GMP walk-downs). There is opportunity for some hybrid working. Shift work may be required.
