Ferring+You
You will be in charge of the supervision and/or implementation of activities allowing the release of batches according to market demands. As such, your main mission will be to coordinate the activities carried out by the Quality Assurance Operationnal team (review of batch files, approval of LIMS articles, approval of recipes, edition of MBRs, etc.) and to release the batches of finished products with the support of our QA specialists’ team.

Your day at Ferring

• Manage a team composed of QA Assistants and one QA Specialist (engagement, performance, day to day etc);
• Ensure batches release according to supply demand / Coordination of the officers in charge of bulk confirmation and finished product confirmation or certification to release the batches;
• Ensure finished product drug complaints management related to defect linked to the manufacturing process and/or customer observations: “Physical properties and formulation, and Usability Functionality Application of drug”;
• Write APR (Annual Product Review) / PQR (Product Quality Review) according to annual Master plan defined;
• Ensure that local requirements from internal and external customers are applied during release process;
• Inform QA customers and stakeholder (internal or external) of quality events when needed;
• Ensure KPIs management of the activity;
• Act as a role model by promoting our Ferring Leadership Principles and our policies (EHS etc).

• Advanced degree (university or equivalent) in the natural sciences
• Proven experience in leadership / team management
• Stakeholders’ management skills
• SAP knowledge is an asset
• +2 years in a company with authorisation manufacturing and performing test for quality specification (GMP)
• Technical know-how of
• Bulk Product processing
• Product packaging (primary and secondary)
• Combined product / MD
• Quality control (inspection) (microbiological if applicable)
• Quality control (analytical, and microbiological)
• Outsourced manufacture management activities
• EUGMP Annex 16
• Knowledge of manufacturing, importation, market release of pharmaceutical product and GMP
