Main Responsibilities:

• Implement, standardize, and manage the Structure base, plan, and control the execution of Critical Control Points during the execution of the project.
• Ensure the standardization of technical specifications and design criteria required for the different projects under development.
• Generation of KPIs based on Engineering advances in the development stage. We are ensuring weekly reportability.
• Perform traceability of the development engineering team’s planning against the schedule established by BD. We are raising respective alerts for resource allocation.
• Prepares analysis, tools, and methodologies related to Quality so that the corresponding management can make decisions.
• Standardize, plan, and control the standardization of information on projects under development, ensuring delivery by the team.

Qualifications:

• Professional degree.
• Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role.
• 5+ years experience in Quality Assurance.
• Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance;
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Relevant training and certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist.
