QAQC Engineer (Civil|Oil&Gas|Jurong Island|Contract)

About our client: Our client is a general contractor that provides a full range of services in engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance services to the Refineries, Power, and Petrochemical companies.

• Preparation of Inspection and Test plan for piling works, Civil/Architectural works, and infrastructure work activities for industrial projects according to the client’s specification and code requirements.
• Should have sound knowledge/experience in preparing, performing, and closing of RFI for Piling works, Concrete works, building works, Road works, etc.,
• Experience in material testing procedures as per requirements.
• Should know the MAR and material-receiving inspections.
• Experience constructing major equipment foundation works (ST/GT/GTG).
• Should have experience in mass concrete pouring.
• Coordination with a vendor, Sub con, Client/Owner, and third party (BCA, QP/RTO, etc.)
• Allocating the responsibility for QC Inspectors.
• Monitoring the everyday site progress with respect to the QC Activities.
• Coordinating with client and subcontractor about the project inspection process for necessary witness and hold points.
• Turn over package preparation and coordination with all parties those are involving in that.Preparation, review, and submission of required inspection formats as per client requirements.
