QC Analyst

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION

• Assists QC Supervisor and Quality Assurance Manager in carrying out development activities in the Process Laboratory and QC Lab.

REQUIREMENTS (MINIMUM REQUIREMENT TO CARRY OUT THE WORK)

• S1 in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years in polymer dispersion R&D or Production Operations
• Polymer Dispersion related Knowledge, Experimental Design Knowledge

• Carries out analytical tests for raw material, in-process sample, intermediate and finished product.
• Assists in processing:
• Customer Complaint
• Sample requisition (customer and other relate parties)
• Assists in regular/irregular quality checking with BASF SE Ludwigshafen, local Laboratory and other institutions.
• Takes care of and maintains the laboratory facilities.
• Maintain the consumable of laboratory and ensure the stock chemical is sufficient.
• Maintain the workplace and working environment that support work safety and efficient activities according to plant safety regulation as well as company EHS requirement.
• Ensures that the activities do not disturb or cause any problem for the company and also for the environment.
• Making SQC Report periodically form SAP system and also SQC data of TVOC from GC instrument.
• Carries out analytical tests sample from process lab.
• Carries out administrative work which is related to quality assurance activities, support ISO, SMK3 system, Halal and customer audit.
