Responsibilities:
- Performing analysis of stability samples using advanced chemical analysis techniques such as (but not limited to) high performance liquid chromatography, titrimetry, UV, liquid particle counts, and general ‘wet’ chemistry.
- Utilising locally configured software packages to input data, set up schedules, and create reports from modern and complex analytical equipment.
- Accurate preparation of samples for analysis.
- Assisting in the generation of stability protocols, tables and reports.
- Assisting with investigations into out of specification results and non-conformances.
- Informing senior team members if test results are of concern and may impact patient safety if used.
- Observing all relevant safety regulations
- Generation and maintenance of accurate data/records, using both electronic and paper-based systems
- Maintaining and calibrating instruments and equipment within the laboratory as per work instructions.
- Working in a LEAN and efficient way, actively participating in continuous improvements within the laboratory.
