Description:
We are looking for an experienced QEHS Regional Audit Specialist (m/f/d). As a QEHS Audit Specialist at DP World, you will be responsible for upholding safety, quality, and environmental standards as a role model within the organization. Your expertise in auditing will be essential in verifying the implementation of DP World’s QEHS requirements across various sites, ensuring compliance with DP World standards, ISO regulations, and customer expectations. By supporting the implementation of management system strategies and reporting key performance indicators, you will contribute to the overall success of DP World’s QEHS initiatives. This role can be based anywhere in Germany where we have an existing location.
Tasks
- Develop, maintain, and improve the integrated management system (IMS) by ensuring its alignment with DP World’s quality, environmental, and health and safety standards.
- Administer and manage the IMS databases, including Group HSE, e-learning, quality, audits, business continuity, claims, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and update monthly management system reports and KPI reports to meet ISO accreditation requirements and DP World’s management systems.
- Schedule and conduct internal corporate IMS and GSA audits to identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Administer the integrated management system requirements for assigned processes, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and actively coaching the organization on maintaining the IMS.
- Support the organization in utilizing quality, environmental, and safety tools and reports, providing guidance and expertise in implementing best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an automotive or logistics environment in a quality/safety capacity, demonstrating a strong understanding of quality management and safety practices.
- Proficiency in relevant international standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, with the ability to apply them effectively in an operational setting.
- Experience in conducting ISO management system audits, with a solid understanding of auditing principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspections, and the ability to interpret and enforce written quality requirements.
- Ideally, experience within the logistics or automotive industry, providing familiarity with industry-specific quality and safety challenges and requirements.
- Fluent English language skills - additional languages are a bonus, in particular German or Polish.
