EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Great organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiar with SharePoint
- Auditing qualification preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assist the QHSE Manager in delivering exceptional QHSE performance
- Develop and maintain systems for collating and analysing QHSE data
- Monitor and report on QHSE performance
- Administration of the Integrated Management System
- Ensure document control requirements are met for all new documentation
- Maintain documentation required by industry bodies
- Participate in internal QHSE meetings and investigations
- Identify improvement opportunities in existing methods and systems
