EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Great organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiar with SharePoint
  • Auditing qualification preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the QHSE Manager in delivering exceptional QHSE performance
  • Develop and maintain systems for collating and analysing QHSE data
  • Monitor and report on QHSE performance
  • Administration of the Integrated Management System
  • Ensure document control requirements are met for all new documentation
  • Maintain documentation required by industry bodies
  • Participate in internal QHSE meetings and investigations
  • Identify improvement opportunities in existing methods and systems
