About our client : Our client is a manufacturer of offshore drilling and production equipment that is well-suited for use in deepwater applications.

About the role :

• Responsible for maintaining NCR’s (as needed).
• Performing verification of raw material.
• Reviewing and verifying process travelers sequences.
• Supporting Quality Inspectors.
• Interfacing with Engineering, Project Management, and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new and existing products are accordance with approved data.
• Assist Quality Management in establishing, implementing, and maintaining the quality system.
• Creating inspection and test plans.
• Participating in Root Cause Analysis and implementation of preventive actions.
• Ensuring timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
• Analyzing failures, corrective, and preventive actions.
• Participating in continual activities to enhance activities of the quality proram.
• Conducting audits including closing out audit findings.
• Participating in continuous improvement efforts.
• Preparing QA reports.
