Description:

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in business management, process engineering etc. or professional education with practical experience
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in German and English
  • Experience in deploying systematic improvement approaches like lean management, Six Sigma or similar
  • Expert knowledge on ISO Standards and requirements; Qualification as Quality Officer/Manager
  • Professional experience as internal auditor (ISO 19011)
  • Practical experience in roll-out of Kaizen approach on company level
  • Experience in an international environment
  • Experience related to improvement activities and projects in all company departments and functional/cross-functional/cross cultural project teams
  • Experience in working with several data bases and data analysis
  • Professional experience with Microsoft Office Applications (incl. Visio)
  • Experience with Sharepoint and Microsoft Teams administration
  • Generally good understanding of technical systems, especially in process and project management
  • Experience with document management systems

Responsibilities:

  • Improve Kaizen awareness and mindset across all functions, guide and support representatives in all departments in identification of areas for improvement and in the application of systematic methods and tools, conduct employee trainings and workshops
  • Analyze and improve processes within the company in order to meet customer requirements using KAIZEN (LEAN/Six Sigma) method or other models for process optimization
  • Development of quality assurance measures and integration into operational processes
  • Conduct and support all activities related to development of management systems in accordance to ISO 9001.
  • Plan, conduct and documentation of audits to monitor compliance with statutory quality standards and guidelines, follow up and initiatiation of appropriate measures to rectify any weaknesses.
  • Support planning of strategic management processes (e.g. standardized KPI planning and strategic Project setting for entire company).
