We are looking for an ambitious QMS Specialist who is ready to take ownership and shape the future of our QMS landscape. Whether you are a recent graduate or bring a few years of experience to the table, what truly matters is your readiness to apply your knowledge and skills, coupled with a keen interest in expanding your expertise in quality management applications. We imagine that you have an educational background that combines IT and quality processes with business understanding, for example within IT, Communication & Organization, Business Administration, Quality or similar.
Knowledge of applications such as IPW, Quality modules in IFS (or other ERPs) or EtQ Reliance is considered an advantage but not a requirement. Likewise, experience with ISO standards (such as 9001, 14001 and 27001) is an advantage, but in-house training is also possible if you join our cross-functional team of internal auditors.
As a person, you are highly motivated and excel at bridging the gap between IT and business realms. You have a genuine enthusiasm for cutting-edge technology and its practical applications in the corporate landscape. You consider yourself a self-starter which combined with your strong stakeholder management skills enables you to navigate and collaborate in a global matrix organization. Moreover, you are deeply committed to delivering tangible results that add significant value to the organization and align with its overarching objectives.
Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential for this role. Proficiency in Danish at a business level will be an advantage.

• Maintaining and developing our QMS landscape as well as providing IT support to the daily operation of the QMS landscape
• Applying your knowledge on quality processes to providing proactive sparring to the organization
• Aligning the QMS roadmap with relevant stakeholders and ensuring that the solutions are aligned with standard features in the QMS applications
• Taking ownership of our QMS applications and work to ensure optimal development of the landscapeApplying your general IT business applications toolbox to ensure projects are executed smoothly and ensuring maximizing benefits of QMS application
