About the role
We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to support the growth of one of Sydney’s leading culinary teams.

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role
• The ability to work under pressure in one of Sydney’s busiest kitchens
• Passion for culinary excellence
• Excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills
• Team player
• Sound knowledge of current food trends
