In the role of a Skilled/Certified Gardener, anticipate engaging in diverse tasks such as:

• Edging and trimming, using whipper snippers and brush cutters
• Lawn care, operating ride-on or hand-held mowers
• Horticultural practices, including planting, pruning, garden bed maintenance, and hedge/tree shaping
• Groundskeeping, with spray weeding, litter collection, and leaf blowing
• Customer service, addressing inquiries from clients
• Team management, overseeing operations and compiling reports

What qualifies you as an exceptional candidate? Essential skills and traits include:

• Horticulture Certification (Certificate III or above)
• Proven experience in garden upkeep
• WWCC and Police Check clearance, or readiness to acquire them
• Leadership capabilities, with team management experience

This position is designed to fast-track successful candidates onto our client’s roster within 6 months, based on performance and fit. Additional perks include:
