WHAT THE ROLES REQUIRE

The positions require:

• At least three years of hairdressing experience or the equivalent qualification (trade or otherwise).
• Clear and effective oral communication skills;Professional personal presentation;
• A willingness to develop your skills and keep abreast of style and product developments;
• A genuine love of customer service and the industry.

The roles involve:

• Providing top-quality and style-leading hairdressing services to clients;
• Advising our clients on the best hair care regimes and products;
• Providing high-energy customer service;
• Participating in a supportive and high-energy environment by working constructively with and assisting your colleagues;
• Providing training and leadership to trainee and developing colleagues
