Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Green Mill Manager you will make, set, repair and maintain saws, knives (chipper), other cutting tools & components. You will also lead, support and partner with the maintenance team in the care and upkeep of cutting machine centres (bandmills, chippers, saw units), including tool changing and machine alignment.

Teams are engaged, trained and have the tools to do their job, and have the confidence and ability to affect change and are a well-balanced, multi-skilled, high performing team.
Business initiatives, programs or projects that Hyne establish, are led and advocated for to the broader team (including but not limited to the Business Excellence program).
Machinery and mechanical equipment (including preventive maintenance), such as: the mill, saw, grind, press and sharpen cutting tools are manufactured, set up, calibrated and maintained with a high level of integrity.
Product quality inspections and checks are completed as per compliance standards while actively seek ways to improve plant reliability and functional performance
Scheduled production maintenance tasks and checks are effectively carried out to maintain quality recovery at maximum productivity.
