We are seeking enthusiastic, energetic and highly flexible individuals to join our Bethanie Community South Metro team as a part- time Qualified Support Worker supporting areas within Thornlie and Armadale. You are required to be available from Monday - Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm.

• Professionally deliver a variety of services (including: food, laundry, personal care, leisure, supporting hobbies and interests & domestic cleaning)
• Ensure all living areas of clients’ homes are kept clean and tidy, and safe from hazards
• All personal care tasks and outcomes are met and documented appropriately
• Provide respect and compassion to clients
• Support customer with transport to appointments
• Provide social support to customers spending time doing the things they love
