About the Role:
Job Title: QA Analyst

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience working as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role, preferably in the AI or software development industry
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Proficiency in creating and executing test automation scripts using Selenium or similar tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Familiarity with AI Solutions or similar AI platforms is a plus
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies is desirable
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Quality Analyst

• Train and familiarize oneself with the AI Solution, understanding its functionality, features, and intended use cases.
• Collaborate with development teams to gain insights into the design and implementation of the AI Solution.
• Develop, validate, and stabilize test automation scripts using Selenium to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Execute test automation scripts to verify the functionality, performance, and reliability of the AI Solution.
• Identify and report software defects, ensuring they are thoroughly documented and tracked through resolution.
• Participate in the design and implementation of test strategies, test plans, and test cases for the AI Solution.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and incorporate them into the testing process.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that new enhancements or fixes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams for continuous improvement of the AI Solution.
