We are looking for a German Speaking Quality Analyst to join our Panasonic German team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/near-native in German
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the Panasonic team
• Good knowledge of Panasonic processes and procedures
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills
• No verbal or written warning received in the past 6 month
• Strong product knowledge
• Good in MS Excel
• Good analytical skills

Education:

• Higher/further educational qualification or the equivalent

Advantage:

• English language skills

The position holder, will be responsible for improving the quality performance of the team.

• Provides call monitoring solutions for Panasonic German team
• Single point of contact to Panasonic regarding quality
• Coordinates and manages quality activities with other management members within the Panasonic account
• Provides structured proactive feedback to members of the department on a weekly and ad-hoc basis as per the agreed Foundever Quality Standards
• Provides technical input into site quality, training and operational functions
• Contributes positively towards both employee and client satisfaction
• Actively participates on weekly quality and calibration calls with the client
• Works closely and provides support to Team Leaders
• Provides support to Panasonic German group when Team Leader is absent
