Mav3rik is a strategic Salesforce implementation partner. We were established in late 2017 and are made up of cloud, mobile and web technology experts ranging from Salesforce Certified Technical Architects (CTA) to savvy developers. We have our headquarters in Australia with teams based in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth and a growing team in the Philippines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ideally someone who has a background on either of the following: Salesforce administrator that is heavily stakeholder facing & has implemented internal Salesforce projects, a technical business analyst that has specialised in salesforce with experience in Salesforce configuration or a traditional salesforce functional consultant.
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
- Tenacious, detailed oriented and self motivated.
- Must be a Salesforce Certified professional.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales cloud, Service Cloud and Community cloud solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree, IT or equivalent.
- Knowledge of applications, relational databases and web technologies.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment.
- Actively developing their professional network through participation in technology user groups, networking events, and technology organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Business analysis including review of existing processes, systems, documentation.
- Identification of different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements.
- Contribute to solution design while working alongside Solution and Technical Architect(s) and other team members.
- Mapping to requirements to capabilities leveraging and maximising standard features.
- System configuration and customisation in line with solution design and while adhering to best practices and standards.
- Perform data gathering to define, and document business requirements and work closely with the Solution lead designer in mapping solutions per requirement.
- Provide input to projects estimate specific to a declarative part of system design.
- Identify different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements.
- Manage the implementation of SF Solution design to meet business requirements.
- Perform system configuration and groundwork per specification of an architect or lead designer.
- Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to the objectives of the design.
- Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation.
- Participate in hypercare support to provide assistance to end users.
