Title: Quality and Compliance Advisor
Location: St Asaph, Denbighshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday (Full Time)
Conveniently located on Junction 26 off the A55, 40 minutes from Chester and Wrexham by car or by local public transport links.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills which ensure that you can build influential and positive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to choose the right mechanism for communication (i.e. phone calls, virtual meeting, face to face meeting, email, circular) to bring about a swift resolution to issues and to maximise opportunities.
  • Numerate - ability to work with numbers and data and input data and numbers into designated systems.
  • MS 365 Office and in particular Teams, Excel, and Word.
  • General IT system skills, confident in learning new systems quickly.
  • Strong time management able to plan and organise and meet deadlines.
  • Research skills and inquisitive nature able to interrogate and prepare data with attention to detail.
  • Evidence of working in a role which involves analysis or data compilation/input or working with financial numbers.
  • Evidence of working successfully within a multi-site business understanding the implications of data being measured across multi-site businesses.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Quality and Compliance Advisor role supports internal colleagues and our Franchise Partners to ensure that we continue to expand the GreenThumb franchise network and support existing franchise owners in using the GreenThumb system. The GreenThumb system is defined in the Franchise Agreement and Operating Manual and supported via training materials delivered on our e-learning platform. The role will ensure colleagues receive data in a format which helps them take proactive action in ensuring the franchise network is fully compliant with brand standards and thriving. The ability to analyse data and input large data sets whilst paying attention to detail and accuracy is a critical element of this role.
Some UK travel will be required on occasion and some out of hours working may be required to meet deadlines.

MAIN DUTIES

  • Supporting the Quality & Compliance Manager with projects and tasks which require data analysis.
  • Collection of compliance requirements including insurance/VAT returns in a timely manner.
  • Field Audits with Franchise Partners as required.
  • Business Insurance Renewals – Ensuring validation and appropriate cover.
  • Validation of ICO Database Registrations.
  • Growth Planning Reviews with Franchise Partners on a Quarterly Basis.
  • Year End Accounts Submissions, Collation, Analysis.
  • Harmonised Account Submissions, Collation, Analysis.
  • Preparing and issuing correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Validation of Compliance Criteria required against Works Order completion, such as Training competencies, Calibrations, Risk Assessments.
  • New Service treatment Dashboards Acelepryn Applications v Training Competencies.
  • Franchise Performance Analysis - Preparing monthly performance reports for each franchise territory.
  • EAP (Estimated v Actual Purchase) – Analysis on Raw Material Usage across the network – Follow up correspondence based on results.
  • Marketplace Purchases against Non- Compliance recommendations analysis.
  • Follow-up overdue Non-compliance raised through Audits.
  • Preparing ad hoc reports as required for the role.
  • Liaising and attending meetings with colleagues across franchise support, compliance, operations, with a focus on process delivery improvements and effective data analysis and reporting.
  • Perform any other duties that may be considered relevant to the position within the terms of your contract of employment.
