We are seeking a dynamic and experiences Quality and Compliance Officer to join our team. Our team is driven by excellence, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our families, children, and community.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Quality and Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for the consistent and effective implementation of quality practices, processes and procedures through targeted training, mentorship, and service visits.

  • Training and Mentorship
  • Professional Learning Programs
  • Assessment and Rating processes and trainings
  • Identifying Areas of Improvement
  • Creation and Review of Guidelines
  • Workshops based around the NQF

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work collaboratively on a range of quality projects that contribute to better outcomes for children and families
  • Conduct internal quality audits and support the development of systems and processes to establish and maintain consistent and ongoing quality
  • Develop and implement service specific action plans and projects based that aim to enhance quality service delivery
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive professional learning for service teams to enrich pedagogical knowledge
  • Provide guidance and support to services through Assessment and Rating
  • Work collaboratively with Centre Managers and Educational Leaders to support embedded and sustained quality improvements and strengthen quality practice
  • Implement effective coaching and mentoring strategies to build professional capacity of individuals and service teams
  • Model exemplary pedagogical and curriculum knowledge
  • Provide feedback and guidance that enable improvement and growth
  • Develop systems and processes to support Service’s with ongoing review of the QIP and through the Assessment and Rating process, including ongoing self-assessment
  • Provide extensive on-site support to Services with upcoming Assessment and Rating visits
  • Provide extensive on-site support to services through face-to-face visits on a cyclic basis
