Responsibilities:
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards for all logistics processes, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and transportation.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal quality control policies. This may include tracking and reporting on compliance issues.
- Product authentication: Assist Bollore to verify the authenticity and legitimacy of returned products
- Data Analysis: Analyse data related to logistics and supply chain performance to identify trends and areas of concern. Use data analysis to make informed decisions and improvements.
- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to inspect products and materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Supplier Management: Work with suppliers to ensure they meet quality and delivery standards, and establish effective communication and feedback channels.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and identify the root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to address them.
