JOB OBJECTIVES

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Administrator to join our dynamic team at Nua Healthcare.
The post holder will support the QA Team in ensuring Nua Healthcare continue to deliver services to the highest standards of quality and safety while maintaining a high level of compliance, both operational and legislative across all areas of the business, with a special focus on data management and trend analysis to identify areas for focussed quality improvement planning.

This will include the following on a day-to-day basis:

  • Live our Mission, Vision and Values.
  • Support the development and implementation of the Internal Audit department and its policies and procedures.
  • Monitor, collate, and analyse quality, safety, and compliance data information for the purposes of generating trend reports.
  • Generate reports for the Head of Quality and Safety to an excellent standard of both clarity and presentation.
  • Undertake general administration duties including data inputting/exporting, filing, scanning, photocopying, and any other administrative duties that may be required.

KNOWLEDGE:

  • Knowledge of standards and legislation relevant to the area.
  • Some knowledge of data governance.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrable previous experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in data visualisation.

SKILLS:

  • High standard of IT literacy.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid numerical skills.
  • Excel proficiency and working knowledge of querying languages.
