REQUIREMENTS:
- In depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Language skills: German (proficient level), English (proficient level)
- Comprehensive understanding of HR policies & regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify process discrepancies and anomalies.
- Effective feedback skills to provide coaching sessions and service improvement suggestions to operational teams.
- Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
Responsibilities:
- Performs comprehensive audits of HR processes to assess accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established policies and regulations.
- Prepares detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, discrepancies, and recommended corrective actions.
- Proactively communicates audit results to managers, highlighting areas of concern and proposing solutions.
- Interacts with the operational team to understand the needs, address inquiries, and ensure an effective collaboration.
- Coaches the operational team to implement corrective actions based on audit findings and client feedback.
- Assists in the design and delivery of training programs for HR staff to enhance process understanding and compliance.
- Participates in continuous process improvement initiatives to optimize
- HR processes and enhance overall quality.
- Calibrates quality audits with Client to ensure the same understanding of service level.
- Performs random peer check for specific cases, processes, or team members upon the need.
- Implements and tracks actions identified to improve the quality of the service.
- Executes monthly review of the cases to determine the level of quality per agent and per team.
- Delivers training sessions focused on HR processes, policies, and systems to new hires and existing employees.
- Provides hands-on training to employees on using HR systems, such as HRIS, employee self-service portals, and performance management tools
