REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree in Engineering or equivalent along with 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills are a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Process thinking and problem solving skills

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent mechanical trouble shooting skills

Responsibilities:

  • The Quality Assurance/ Process Engineering Manager is responsible to develop and implement a quality program that will involve all manufacturing departments to ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and governing standards quality requirements.
  • The Quality Assurance/ Process Engineering Manager will ensure production processes are capable to produce quality product and will work with Maintenance and Production to resolve process problems.
  • The Quality Assurance/ Process Engineering Manager is responsible to collect and analyze quality and non-quality data so that it can be used for continuous improvement of CONQ.
