Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
A Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for leading and supporting a variety of activities to ensure the supply of products in compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards.
A Quality Assurance Associate is passionate about ensuring quality medicines are supplied to patients and partnering with the business to provide seamless certainty of medicines supply to pioneer life changing healthcare for every Australian.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- A Quality Assurance Associate supports but not limited to:
- Rollout and implementation of the organization’s Quality Plan
- Implementation and maintenance of Quality Systems required for GxP compliance to Health Authority and Roche PQS requirements
- Management of 3rd party compliance
- Reporting on relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data & trending, including reviews, critical analysis and recommendations
- Maintains the Quality System
- Local teams in both Regulatory and Roche Corporate GxP audits preparation and participates and/or lead Internal Audits as required
- Quality team in a variety of activities e.g deviation management, complaint management and reporting, and other quality operational tasks e.g product release for the New Zealand affiliate as required
- Ensures training requirements satisfy GxP and Roche PQS requirements
