Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate (Data Systems)
Number of Vacancies: 3
Start Date: ASAP for 6 months
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering
Role Overview:
These roles are data-related and will require pulling information/data from systems and compiling reports.
The primary system utilised will be the Laboratory Information System (LIMS).
The audience for these reports will primarily be the operational network, including manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams.
1x QA Sterility Assurance
1x QA Operations
1x Manufacturing
Must-Haves:
Strong background in using Excel (Intermediate Level) and charting.
Ability to pull data together and create charts/visualize and present it.
Excellent report writing skills.
Nice to Haves:
Understanding of Environmental Monitoring and datasets.
Experience in more advanced Excel or statistical experience (e.g., Minitab).
Reason for Vacancy:
The primary objective of these roles is to address a backlog of tasks and to implement a more advanced trending system. Currently, the process is quite manual, necessitating the need for additional resources.
Team Size: 4 people
Flexibility: Once inducted, there is potential for flexibility, including the option to work some hours from home.
Hours: Standard Monday to Friday, with no overtime expected.
