Alliance Technical Group is hiring a Quality Assurance Associate for our air lab in Circle Pines, MN. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors or Associates Degree in a Physical Science or Engineering discipline
- QAA-I: Minimum 2 years of experience in general chemistry laboratory, or 1 years experience in an air laboratory covered by a TNI accredited program
- QAA-II: Minimum 6 years of experience in general chemistry laboratory, or 3 years experience in an air laboratory covered by a TNI accredited program
- Master’s Degree in an Engineering or applied science discipline can substitute for 2 years general experience for QAA-II
- Detailed knowledge and familiarity of working within accreditation standards such as TNI, or ISO 17025
- Detailed knowledge of common EPA Methods
- Intermediate skill level (or above) in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and behavior
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid drivers’ license

Responsibilities:
- Review laboratory reports to confirm consistency and completeness
- Sign and file completed reports and notify the project and report managers
- Assist the QAM with SOP and other document development or updates
- Update and maintain training logs for laboratory analysts
- Identify non-conformances in the laboratory and coordinate with the QAM, Laboratory Manager, and Technical Director
- Participate in internal/external audits as required
