JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Chemist to join our client in the personal care product manufacturing industry based in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of our personal care products, with a focus on beauty soap manufacturing.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Beauty and medicated soap formulations / manufacturing experience is essential.
• Soap experience is mandatory, Personal Care and Beauty Products manufacturing experience is desired.
• Knowledge of statutory regulations related to personal care product manufacturing.
• Proven experience in research and development and testing of personal care products.
• Ability to develop new formulations and successfully introduce them to the market.
• Age below 45 years.

• Contribute to the development of beauty soap formulations and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct research and development activities to enhance product quality.
• Perform testing and analysis of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Maintain awareness of statutory regulations related to personal care product manufacturing.
• Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve quality issues.
• Participate in the creation of new formulations and assess their viability for production.
• Ability to develop and introduce new products, ensuring their acceptance in the market.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of existing products.
• Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
• Ensure compliance with established health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality-related objectives.
• Provide guidance and training to production staff on quality assurance processes.
