- Experience in contract administration and NGO complaint management processes, including supporting quality and risk processes.
- Experience facilitating communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience following up on actions and reporting on these in standardised databases.
- Skilled and experienced in being well organised and able to meet deadlines with the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Able to proactively identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in systems and process to improve efficiencies.
- Ability to support others, including own team in the use of business systems and informing/adherence to processes and policies.
- Continuously develops and improves own expertise (including technical) in line with relevant industry/sector trends.
- Ability to maintain strong level of confidentiality due to the sensitivity and information handled.
- Demonstrates an understanding of continuous quality improvement and understanding of Health and Safety legislation

Responsibilities:
The Quality & Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes across a subject matter area or portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the register of complaints and compliments, including supporting senior locality managers and service development managers to address consumer and provider complaints.
- Provide an analysis of complaints and compliments across key areas to support the wider team understand the opportunities for quality assurance and improvement activities. Coordinate provider related audits, providing information for auditors, obtaining reports and summarising information.
- Support the reporting on corrective actions in partnership with quality improvement advisors and ensuring actions are resolved.
- Coordinate the provider risk assessment process, including information capturing, summarising information, and providing summarised reporting for varying audiences
