YOUR MISSION

• Embark on a mission to develop and expand our automated testing capabilities across all levels, empowering swift software quality assessments;
• Craft robust CI and CD pipelines that facilitate end-to-end automated quality assurance during the build and delivery processes;
• Take shared ownership of the entire QA process, including defining the technical vision for test framework development, designing and executing comprehensive test plans, and providing detailed reports on test results and quality metrics;
• Unleash your curiosity through exploratory testing, seeking out functional and technical vulnerabilities in our systems and solutions;
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to influence feature development, gain a deep understanding of product vision and requirements, and shape feature acceptance criteria;
• Master the art of analyzing and reproducing errors encountered by our valued customers or caught by pipelines;
• Apply modern agile approaches and methodologies, engaging with customer solutions and demonstrating your ability to work both independently and as a team player;
• Maintain QA environments to support seamless testing processes;
• Help maintain existing testing tools to ensure robust and reliable coverage;
• Ensure that features meet end users’ expectations and align with their intended purpose by translating business requirements into comprehensive test cases and scripts;
• Forge strong partnerships with the development team, identifying and addressing bugs on time.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Formal degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by at least 3 years of experience in automated testing (application software testing setup);
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and firm experience with modern automation frameworks like TestCafe, Cypress, Taiko, Puppeteer, and Playwright;
• Experience with Jest is a plus;
• Experience in executing various testing types, including functional, non-functional, integration, system, performance, and regression testing;
• Expertise in writing end-to-end tests (full test coverage);
• Experience with API/backend testing;
• Driven to expand your skills beyond QA, venturing into the realms of development and DevOps. You are a true GitHub Actions evangelist;
• Hands-on mentality and a genuine thirst for continuous learning and professional growth;
• Track record of upholding high-quality standards and advocating for product improvements based on your strong voice on quality matters;
• Effective communication skills and fluency in English.
