We are now seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer.
The Quality Assurance Engineer is ensuring that the project delivery model and other quality processes are followed in the company. This includes active participation from quality assurance engineer/manager to make sure processes are being executed in the projects engineering and production processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant higher education, experience can compensate for formal education
  • Experience working with a global organization and manufacturing network
  • Technical experience from production, mechanical, electro and systems is desired
  • Strong in Microsoft office suite
  • Strong commercial understanding
  • Excellent English, oral and written

Responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Active participant in None-Compliance handling, solving and implementation.
  • Communicate the results to organization and ensure changes are implemented in processes or way of working.
  • Engineering.
  • Support in development and roll-out of quality processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement work in engineering processes with discipline leads
  • Operations
  • Support in development and roll-out of quality processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities within the manufacturing network together with Operations team.
  • Participate and follow up on manufacturer audits to verify manufacturing processes meet quality requirements together with Operations team.
  • Project
  • Carry out internal project audits on a regular basis.
  • Facilitating that system test plans are in place for the project.
  • Support in lessons learned processes throughout and after project.
  • System
  • Quality cost tracking and analysis
  • Maintenance and development of ISO standards and implementation of new standards together with Business process development role.
  • Maintain ISO standards and development of new standards and processes together with Business Process Development role.
