The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Support Quality Assurance (QA) team by marking moderators actions in order to quality check on the moderation quality.
  • Feedback problems, escalate any challenges and weekly feedback on moderation quality.
  • Track and monitor quality related metrics and execute corrective actions.
  • Highlight feedback and provide analysis on Policy updates to identify areas of improvement and potential gaps.
  • Maintain effective cross-functional relationships to drive quality improvements and deliver results.
  • Participate in and host weekly calibration sessions with relevant stakeholders to ensure consistent alignment on policy and process.
  • Participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform.
  • Opportunity to work on ad-hoc projects as requested by leadership

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently pursuing Bachelors Degree in any field, preference in Industrial Engineering and/ or Quality Management.
  • Possesses excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, with experience in leadership.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills with high attention to detail, in particular in respect of documentation review.
  • Ability to multitask and is a strong team player.
  • Able to commit a minimum duration of three (3) months full-time internship.
