We are thrilled to announce an outstanding opportunity for a Quality Assurance (QA) Intern to become an integral part of our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the backbone of ensuring the highest standards of quality for our software products and services. Your primary mission will be to collaborate with our development teams to identify, report, and troubleshoot software bugs and inconsistencies, thereby enhancing the reliability and performance of our offerings.
As our QA Intern, you will engage in a broad spectrum of activities, ranging from writing and executing test cases to participating in the development and implementation of automated test systems. Working alongside professionals from various departments, this role offers a comprehensive learning experience about our company’s products and processes while sharpening your analytical, technical, and communication skills.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?

  • This position requires remote work from Portugal or relocation to Portugal as a mandatory requirement.
  • An internship contract with a duration of 12 months.
  • An internship grant + meal allowance will be provided.
  • An amazing experience within an international environment.
  • Monday to Friday access to a nice co-working office in Lisbon!
  • Required availability of 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify bugs and ensure compliance with quality standards;
  • Collaborate with the software development team to understand product requirements, participate in design reviews, and provide valuable feedback from a QA perspective;
  • Develop, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage;
  • Assist in the adoption and refinement of automated testing tools and frameworks, contributing to the continuous improvement of our QA processes;
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of test results and report issues effectively to ensure timely resolution;
  • Participate in regular team meetings and provide insights to help improve the quality and reliability of our products.
