• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations, laws and Codes of Practice.
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance, training and support as needed.
• Conduct regular quality assurance to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Analyse quality data and metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for process and compliance optimisation.
• Monitor, analyse and report on enterprise wide complaints Quality and Assurance results
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
