Quality Assurance Manager (f/m/d)

EDUCATION

  • University degree in chemistry (or related area), ideally with a PhD

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • You have long term experience in leading teams and projects in the pharmaceutical industry. You have in-depth knowledge of the specific requirements and regulations of this industry.
  • You have a solid understanding of laboratory processes, methods, and technologies. You are familiar with common laboratory equipment and instruments and have experience in adhering to quality standards and safety regulations.
  • You possess comprehensive knowledge of production processes and technologies. You are capable of optimizing production workflows, implementing improvements ensuring quality standards.
  • You have extensive experience in leading and collaborating with various departments and teams. You can effectively work with research and development teams, quality control, maintenance, production and other relevant areas to achieve common goals.
  • You possess excellent social skills and can successfully connect with employees at all levels of the organization, as well as external partners and customers. You have the ability to empower, mentor, and develop employees to achieve peak performance.
  • Proficiency in English and German
