Description:
KNOWLEDGE SERVICES IS ACTIVELY SEEKING A REMOTE QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER FOR A 3-YEAR CONTRACT (POTENTIAL FOR EXTENSION) IN SUPPORT OF THE STATE OF NORTH DAKOTA. APPLICANTS MAY WORK FULLY REMOTE.
Responsibilities:
QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
- 3 years of experience managing quality assurance for information technology projects of at least $3 million in budget.
- 2 years of experience with Agile or hybrid agile methodologies.
- 2 years of experience with the entire lifecycle process (start to finish) of quality management.
- Effective written and oral communication skills and ability to build and maintain solid working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to develop processes and document them in an understandable manner.
Responsibilities:
- The project’s overall objective is to replace the existing mainframe system and other components (web portals, EDMS, etc.) with a commercially available solution built on a modern technology platform.
