Description:
JOIN THE QA TEAM!
As a Quality Assurance Officer at DHL, you will lead the QA function for the site to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly and customer objectives are met. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grow professionally. Your duties will include:
- QA Support and management for clients and internal stakeholders
- Support and conduct on-site audits
- Document internal quality assurance activities
- Investigate customer enquires
- Collect and compile statistical quality data
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Monitor risk management activities
- Assure compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
Responsibilities:
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:
- 2-3 years quality &/or operational experience in pharmaceutical or food industry
- Exposure to the temperature controlled environments
- Internal or external audit experience
- Experience with CAPAs & change controls processes
- Understanding of Quality Management principles
- High level knowledge of the Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
