JOIN THE QA TEAM!

As a Quality Assurance Officer at DHL, you will lead the QA function for the site to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly and customer objectives are met. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grow professionally. Your duties will include:

  • QA Support and management for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Support and conduct on-site audits
  • Document internal quality assurance activities
  • Investigate customer enquires
  • Collect and compile statistical quality data
  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
  • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
  • Monitor risk management activities
  • Assure compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

Responsibilities:

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • 2-3 years quality &/or operational experience in pharmaceutical or food industry
  • Exposure to the temperature controlled environments
  • Internal or external audit experience
  • Experience with CAPAs & change controls processes
  • Understanding of Quality Management principles
  • High level knowledge of the Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
