• Client: MNC, A1 Main Contractor.
• Location : Central
• Work Days: 5.5 Days / 7.30am - 6pm (Open to nego)
• Salary: $4000 - $6000 (Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
• Willing to travel from Thomson Road and also Changi Road/ in between completing projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Civil Engineering and/or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in construction QA/QC mattersAt least 3 years’ experience in managing defects in building and/or civil engineering works

• Manage all civil infrastructure and building projects under DLP and/or warranty
• Report regularly on status to Project Management Office and Singapore Branch Office including preparation of weekly and monthly summary reports.
• Attend meetings and inspections with Clients and other stakeholders
• Prepare, review and/or approve documentation submission to Client and other stakeholders
• Coordinate and participate with relevant parties including Client and other stakeholders for inspections and other relevant activities
• Raise Request for Inspection for all inspection activities and maintain records
• Responsible for inspection and documentation for all projects under DLP and/or warrantySupport and participate in QHSE inspections or audits across all sitesPerform Quantity take-off from 3D & 2D drawings
