BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of quality management systems such as SQM, RMP, FCP, and HACCP.
• Familiarity with basic laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  This is a temporary position for an approximate term of 4 months.

• Prepare, review, and control production documentation/records, including daily review of CCP records.
• Conduct sampling and monitoring programs, collaborating with third-party testing laboratories, and internal testing.
• Maintain and develop the quality system, including SQM, RMP, FCP, HACCP, Forms, and SOPs.
• Assist the Production Planning & Logistics Manager with customer/export & import documentation, including Edec checks.
• Manage ingredient and final product release functions.
