BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of quality management systems such as SQM, RMP, FCP, and HACCP.
- Familiarity with basic laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

This is a temporary position for an approximate term of 4 months.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and control production documentation/records, including daily review of CCP records.
- Conduct sampling and monitoring programs, collaborating with third-party testing laboratories, and internal testing.
- Maintain and develop the quality system, including SQM, RMP, FCP, HACCP, Forms, and SOPs.
- Assist the Production Planning & Logistics Manager with customer/export & import documentation, including Edec checks.
- Manage ingredient and final product release functions.
