In value stream Sales & Service, we work in accordance with the SAFe methodology because we believe it adds extra value to our stakeholders and to the receivers of our efforts. We believe a delivery can’t be considered “Done” until the intended business value has been released. It’s easy to get stuck in details, but we strive to keep the end users and their daily work in mind. We are looking for someone who can smoothly move between the big business picture and the details of developing.
As a Quality Assurance Specialist , you will be part of a global Agile team and collaborate close with the Product Owner, Business Owners, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders.

You will work in the area CRM Solutions, within our team developing the Alfa Laval sales tool. Your work will include but not be limited to:

  • Translate business and technical requirements into detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Review requirements, specifications and technical design documentation to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Collaborate within internal team (such as developers and product owners) to assess and provide input on system requirements
  • Identifying issues and flaws in the system (including integrations, web applications, and portals) and communicating them to the development team
  • Conduct comprehensive regression testing once defects have been addressed.
  • Manage releases and structure release notes for the system users
  • Coordinate and oversee the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process with power users and system users prior to the functionality’s go-live. Collect feedback and communicate it back to the development team.
  • Improve testing process within the team

Who you are

What you know

  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Experience in working in Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Experience in working in Azure DevOps
  • Experience in working within SAFe

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, but a Plus):

  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE
  • Ability to perform releases in Azure DevOps
  • Writing simple queries in SQL
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure components
